What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address (and name, if you sign in with Google). During setup and anytime after, you can provide your sex, date of birth, training goals, training style, training location, training experience and weekly frequency, height, weight, target weight, body measurements, a profile photo, the equipment you have access to, and optionally your city, country, and phone number. As you use the app, we store the workouts you log, any custom workout plans you build, and your training schedule.

If you share your city or country, it's stored only to support a future feature that helps you find nearby gyms (never for finding other users), and it's entirely optional. If you provide a phone number and opt in to text reminders, we'll use it only to send the reminders you asked for; reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Why we collect it

This information exists to make the app work for you specifically: matching exercises to equipment you actually have, and shaping recommendations around your goals, age, training experience, and equipment. We don't use it for anything else.

How it's stored

Your data lives in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security rules that restrict every table so that only you can read or write your own records, not other users, and not us, outside of standard database administration. The app is hosted on Vercel over HTTPS.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. It's only accessible to the infrastructure providers that run the app (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting) and, if you choose to sign in with Google, to Google for authentication purposes only.

Your choices

You can view and update most of your information anytime from your Profile page. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, contact us at the email below.
